- Anyone in need of financial support for his/her education can apply. Application can also be submitted by an individual on behalf of the applicant.
- Selection will be mainly based on economic status and academic performance of the individual.
- Validation committee is responsible for the selection process and performance monitoring.

- Once the appication is selected for funding, the applicant’s performance shall be continuously monitored.
- If the committee recommends extension or termination of the benefits you receive from the group, the same shall be followed
